For 8 Years we have been at the verge of the financial markets, trading and helping our investors achieve financial freedom through a stream of passive income without breaking a sweat. It is native to the internet, which allows it to work in conjunction with other technologies. in 2017, Bitcoin hit its all time high by reaching $19,000 and made hundreds of thousands of millionaires, people say it is late to be a bitcoin millionaire, but no, that is not true. Every day the market fluctuates and we are able to make profits from this rise and fall of the various currencies. CROWD FUNDED REAL ESTATE:

In the urban areas where land has more value, they are sadly very expensive and getting a home could cost over £300,000 - £500,000. Of course the rental value of this home will bring back the capital but not everyone can raise this capital and this is where Crowdfunded real estate is introduced. Real estate crowdfunding is very similar to equity crowdfunding in the sense that an investor can buy into a property and become a shareholder. The investor does not need to buy the entire property. Instead, the investor can earn a portion of the profits generated from the real estate investment. For example, any revenue generated from the building’s rental income or any proceeds from the sale of the building would be paid to the investors. One of the benefits of real estate crowdfunding for non-accredited investors is the low minimum investment amounts that are typically required. In some cases, investors can become shareholders in real estate for £10,000. With real estate crowdfunding, you don’t need to risk £200,000 or more to invest in commercial real estate. Instead, you can invest for much lower amounts such as £10,000 and also benefit from the proceeds made from the sales. We purchase properties with pooled funds from investors and then our professional real estate brokers flip, lease and use them to get contracts across the globe and upon completion we distribute the proceeds across all investors who pooled their funds. For example: Our professionals scout a property worth £100,000 and with an approximated turnover of £450,000 after renovation, flipping and marketing. We get 10 investors who pool £10,000 independently to sum up to £100,000 and purchase the property and invest in it, by striking deals with top governments, lease the property, rent and carry out various contracts and thereby we are able to pay our investors 10% weekly or 15% weekly. Secondarily we also invest heavily in the above mentioned financial markets. We may all be familiar with most of them already.
